Mr. Surajit Nayak comes with over 19 years of experience in building start-ups / 1st generation entrepreneurship. He has designed and delivered hundreds of programs of entrepreneurial training & workshops since he founded EWN in Oct 2016. Strategic Perspective, Customer Service, Team building and development of interpersonal skills, Selling Skills and experiential learning workshops for start-ups , he specializes in leadership workshop facilitation, Business Acumen, Innovation & Creativity, Financial management & entrepreneurship . He is a Postgraduate in Business Management from Preston university, USA & hold PGDBM degree in Finance & Marketing from IMM. He is also a Certified CFA & CFGP. He has distinctive interest and proven aptitude for business analysis involving market research, customer experience management, creative services and financial solutions to help build growing start-ups in South East Asia and India. He currently own three companies & his background in building a business from scratch allows him to bring in a lot of insight and perspective to the program he conducts. With a strong focus on the other side and humour; his workshops are extremely captivating and participative. Prior to starting his entrepreneurship, Surajit has worked for 10 years in a leadership position in leading MNCs in India. Surajit is based in Delhi, India where he lives with his wife Shampa & daughter Shayoni. He spends his time reading books, watching movies and playing outdoor games.
